  • How accurate are the readings from the smart watch or fitness tracker?
    The measurement functions for pulse, blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen provide you with orientation and help you to keep an eye on your health and activity. They are only suitable for general wellness and fitness purposes. The results are not intended for the detection, diagnosis (e.g. cardiac arrhythmia) or treatment of diseases or complaints. Please consult a medical specialist for detailed examinations and diagnoses.
  • Some functions of the watch are limited or not available.
    Please check your watch for any firmware updates and install them. Make sure you always keep the software on your smart watch up to date.
  • How do I set the time on my smart watch?
    The time cannot and does not have to be set manually. Once you have installed the app that comes with the watch and then paired and synchronised the watch with the app, the time, date and language settings are automatically transferred from the smartphone to the watch.
  • My smart watch cannot be paired with my smartphone.
    Check in the device settings of the Hama Fit Move app whether the watch is displayed as connected. If not, you can connect it to the phone as described in the operating instructions.
    If you have paired the smart watch directly with your smartphone via Bluetooth, first disconnect this connection in your phone's Bluetooth settings and then pair the watch with the smartphone via the Hama app.

  • Which sports does the smart watch recognise automatically?
    The integrated activity detection can automatically register and record the following activities: Walking, running, rowing, cross-trainer.
  • Is the smart watch waterproof?
    The smart watch fulfils protection class IP68 in accordance with the IEC 60529:2013 standard. It is protected against permanent immersion in water up to 3 metres deep for 30 minutes (only in clear water). The water resistance of the fitness tracker is not permanent and may decrease over time.
  • Can I wear the smart watch while scuba diving, swimming or showering?
    The wearable can easily be worn during sports, when washing your hands or in the rain. However, you should not use the watch in salt or chlorinated water, when scuba diving, water skiing or other water activities at high speeds or in deeper waters. It should also be removed in the bath, sauna, shower or steam bath.
  • Can the battery life of my smart watch be extended?
    Yes, the energy-saving mode allows you to achieve a significantly longer usage time - up to 25 days. You can activate this mode, in which most of the functions are deactivated, via the Hama Fit Move app in the settings.
  • How can the smart watch help me achieve my fitness goals?
    So you always have all your fitness data at a glance: set individual training goals, e.g. distance, calories or daily steps, to get fitter day by day. Functions such as the display of the heart rate zones, the adjustable alarm for exceeding or falling below set heart rate limits or the medals for achieving the goals you have set yourself also help. If you wish, the Hama Fit Move app will send you notifications about your fitness and health values as well as a weekly health report.
  • How can I switch from the "Google Fit" app to "Health Connect"?
    From 30 June 2025, the "Google Fit" app will no longer work. In order not to lose previous training data, you should transfer your data from Google Fit to Health Connect.   • Why doesn't my smart watch vibrate even though the vibration is set to "Strong"?
    If your smart watch does not vibrate despite being set to ""Strong vibration"", the following steps may help:
    1. Make sure that both your watch and the app on your smartphone are up to date.
    2. The ""Do not disturb"" mode (DND) could be activated. This prevents the watch from vibrating or displaying notifications. You can deactivate the mode in the app or directly on the watch:
    In the app: Check whether a time period is set for DND mode (e.g. during your bedtime). Adjust the times as required.
    On the watch: Activate the display by tapping the top wheel (crown) and swipe downwards. Look out for the symbol with the crescent moon at the top left. If it is highlighted in red, the mode is active. Tap the icon to deactivate the mode.
